Position Overview:

The Production/Assembly Technician is is an entry level position with the possibility of quick promotion. If you have an interest in mechanical and/or electronic assembly, this will be a great opportunity for you to start or advance a career.  You will use assorted tools and follow detailed work instructions to assemble parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies for the production of various remote weapon stations for use by the US military and our international partners.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, modify, test and inspect assemblies and finished products in accordance with established quality, operation standards and process instructions to meet the production schedule

  • Follow and suggest improvements to the manufacturing process instructions and test documentation

  • Monitor and report any quality issues

  • Maintain current certifications in the use of special tools, equipment, or processes

 

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • 1-5 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however we will support you and ensure you receive the training required to be successful in this sought after role  

  • Applicants must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license

  • You must possess and demonstrate high attention to detail, good manual dexterity, a degree of mechanical skill and intuition, the ability to read and understand written instructions, and strong communication skills  

  • Additionally, you must be a dependable, honorable, and motivated individual that takes pride in their work, is willing to be a contributing member of a team, and endeavors to do their best every day
